The Barbados All-Purpose Cleaner completely eliminates severe organic odors—including vomit, urine, feces, and garbage—at the source while cutting through heavy grease, dirt, and grime on hard, non-porous surfaces. Operating as a highly concentrated, phosphate-free 2-in-1 formula, this dilutable liquid easily transitions from a hard surface degreaser to an active air freshener or mop water additive to maximize agency budget efficiency. Specifically formulated with an uplifting citrus tropical fragrance for routine building maintenance rather than disinfection, this all-purpose cleaner leaves shared spaces clean and free of sticky residue.
This deodorizer and surface cleaner is available to federal agencies and government facility teams through Green Chem Laboratories’ GSA Multiple Award Schedule contract. As a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with Made-in-USA manufacturing, Green Chem delivers high-performance facility maintenance solutions engineered for demanding institutional environments—including military bases, VA medical centers, federal office buildings, national parks, and GSA-administered properties.
Federal buyers can complete purchases through GSA Advantage or coordinate directly with the Green Chem GSA specialists to secure contract pricing, ensure set-aside compliance, and arrange distribution to federal locations.
Green Chem Laboratories is here for all of your green facility maintenance needs! If you’re looking for the commercial version of our Barbados All-Purpose Cleaner, you can find it here.
